EFT Guide:
On a scale of 1-10, how severe is the emotion or symptom?
1.Set up statement
2.MPI
3.How does it feel in your body. When I am _______ it feeels_____.
4.How do you want it to feel?
The Set up statement has 2 distinct parts :
1) Acknowledging pain (physical or Emotional)
2) Accepting unconditionally
We say the side of hand set up statement 3 x to really neutralize our energy. This creates an ” even” playing field, if you will, to really get into our blocks.

Each set up statement will be a version of this:
“Even though I believe ____________ is creating ________
I deeply and completely, love and accept myself”
Or if Physical:
” Even though my ______ hurts so bad I cant ________, I deeply and completely, love and accept myself”
We then move into the most pressing issue or MPI. Tapping on each point using the emotion or pain you filled the blank above with.
“All this______” on each point.
