My story is so similar to yours. I am a soul centered mama who loves so many things. So many things in fact, that its was always hard to choose what it is I should focus on. One day, I decided that doing all the things I love was more important than trying to fit into an old “work” paradigm that said I needed to pick one thing and stick with it!! Sound familiar? I went from an Interior Designer, to an Energy worker (insert gasp here).

I realized that I had one common thread that runs through all my passions! That thread is CONNECTION! So, I created a business built on connection! I help people connect more fully to their lives through EFT, Intuitive guidance and coaching! I get FIRED up about you loving your life!

These days you will find me, and everything from the waist up, looking halfway decent, as I go live weekly in my facebook group , and Instagram and record FREE EFT videos for my weekly newsletter! I love guiding YOU to your aligned vibrations, Self Development, having daily dance parties and being a mama to Liam and A wifey to my highschool sweetheart, Grant.
