Holy cow I feel like I have been away from my computer forever!!! Hi everyone!!!!!!!! I MISS YOU!!
HAPPY 2013!!!!
The last few weeks have been filled with smiles, laughing, tears, sad goodbyes, new beginnings, warm welcomes, family, happy hellos, beautiful sunrises from my new sofa, plans not going exactly how we had hoped, lessons in trusting the universe, boxes, messes, and excitement. 2012 was beyond my wildest expectations, and I know its because I made a vow last year on this EXACT date, to remain open to all opportunities that came my way. We did JUST that, and I KNOW that is why I am now sitting in my new office, in my new home, listening to Grant and Liam play “Space Commander” in our new living room, in Nashville. ( I have SO much more to tell you about our actual MOVE, so much in fact, that I am pretty sure you will all be sick of my Nashville bound adventure soon enough!!)
Typically I would say ” I cant WAIT for the new year and what it brings…but this year I have made a different vow. Take my time, Wait a little, Don’t rush through greatness, Savor every single moment authentically, and stay connected deeply. I have coined 2013 “The Year of Family” so lets see what that brings 😉
So much love and gratitude to all of you Design thoughts supporters! Your notes of encouragement, and excitement for me and my family was so amazing through this whole crazy moving business! Hearing words of encouragement form people I don’t even know, makes me feel so full. Thank you. Lets take a moment on this day, the beginning of a fresh new year, a year to surely be the BEST year of our lives, to just send a bit of love and light to the 26 families in CT, who are starting one of the hardest years of theirs. Stay connected, stay true, stay creative, stay loving, stay friendly.
MUAH!! CHEERS to 2013!!!!
