I came across this crazy chair below while searching for a “colorful chair” for our bedroom!! This chair is made of SUGAR!!!! can you imagine!! its actually a thought piece created by Pieter Brenner, to showcase Americas obsession with sugar ( funny side note: I am enjoying an amazing chocolate cupcake that has homemade vanilla frosting right now as I type…I got it from Abmas Farm…count me into the “obsessed” category.) So what do you think?

SO, as I was reading more about this chair on Sugarchair.com, I was sent to another site showing more furniture made from Sugar Cane! I know this is not a new concept, and I don’t want to seem like I am JUST discovering it for the first time, but…I am just discovering it ..for the first time HA! Am I a naive Design blogger, or what? I don’t care, I know that if I wasn’t schooled on it yet, there is at least one other person who will think its cool too! either way, I was fascinated.
